Pulled, never fired, 9mm brass. This brass is new manufactured brass other than having been loaded once but then pulled without ever being fired. Headstamps are a mix of ICC and PROGRADE. Some brass may have one or more particles of the original powder in the bottom of the case. Our testing found NO NOTICEABLE effects on ballistics or power factor due to the presence of these few particles. This is a great deal for reloaders that like the consistency of “new” brass in their ammo.
